General delivery takes 7 – 14 business days.
Your parcel will need to be signed by the addressee (You) and identification will need to be provided at collection. If you are not available to sign, your parcel will be left to collect from your local post office. A parcel collection notice will be left in your mail box and you will need to provide identification and a digital signature to receive your parcel. Producing identification to receive your parcel helps us to reduce Credit Card Fraud. We do not allow parcels to be left unattended.
In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at order@baliciggies.com quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order but should we be unable to do this, we will replace the goods free of charge.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders will be shipped out with either Express Mail (estimated arrival time 3 to 14 business days) or Registered Mail (estimated arrival time 10 to 21 business days) depending on the destination.
To guarantee delivery to Austria, Czech Republic, France, Israel, Italy, New Zealand, Singapore and Switzerland,STRICTLY only 1 carton per order each time to avoid any unnecessary duty taxes.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Please login to check the status of your order.
Orders via Express Mail can be traced using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email we sent to you once your package has been posted.
Please note that Registered Mail does not provide tracking number.
Return Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty or incorrect, let us know and we will provide you with return instructions. Please return the unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange the merchandise or refund your money. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer’s account without subsequent reimbursement. BaliCiggies cannot be held responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or owing to the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.
Refund Policy
Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at our returns centre. When we receive your shipment, we will issue a full refund less shipping costs. Returned orders need to be received within 45 days of the original purchase or a restocking fee may apply.
